Hello PUBG Mobile

Hello I have contacted you multiple times before, but I keep receiving automated replies instructing me to submit a request through the in-game support or the Account Recovery tool. Unfortunately, I am unable to do so because my account was stolen on November 11, 2024, and the device linked to the account has changed. When I try to submit a recovery request, I receive the following error message: “Please send a request from the device you regularly use.” Because of this restriction, I cannot fill out the Account Recovery form. Here are my account details: Account ID: 5259194763 Username: Twets Previous Username: 242 FAMILLA My regular device: Samsung A24 Device used by the unauthorized user: Xiaomi Redmi K40 Gaming I have evidence of fraudulent messages sent from the unauthorized user and can provide them if necessary. Please understand that I have no way to use the recovery tool and kindly ask you to assist me manually through email. Thank you very much for your attention and help.

Hello, @roxy_pm! To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting: Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery....

Hello, @roxy_pm! To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting: Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery. Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information. If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
