I have contacted you multiple times before, but I keep receiving automated replies instructing me to submit a request through the in-game support or the Account Recovery tool. Unfortunately, I am unable to do so because my account was stolen on November 11, 2024, and the device linked to the account has changed.
When I try to submit a recovery request, I receive the following error message:
“Please send a request from the device you regularly use.”
Because of this restriction, I cannot fill out the Account Recovery form.

My regular device: Samsung A24
Device used by the unauthorized user: Xiaomi Redmi K40 Gaming
I have evidence of fraudulent messages sent from the unauthorized user and can provide them if necessary.
Please understand that I have no way to use the recovery tool and kindly ask you to assist me manually through email.
