I would like to clarify that I was unaware of any such violation and have never intentionally used any unauthorized software or tool that violates PUBG Mobile's terms of service. I respectfully request the following: A detailed explanation of what exactly triggered the ban. The name or type of third-party application detected. The proof or logs showing the use of such an application. The last login location and device used, in case there was any unauthorized access to my account. I value fair play and have always enjoyed the game with integrity. If this was caused due to a misunderstanding or an external cause, I kindly ask for a review of my case.
