My account was banned due to using third party

My account has recently been banned, and I was informed that the reason was due to the use of a third-party application. I would like to clarify that I was unaware of any such violation and have never intentionally used any unauthorized software or tool that violates PUBG Mobile's terms of service.
I respectfully request the following:
A detailed explanation of what exactly triggered the ban.
The name or type of third-party application detected.
The proof or logs showing the use of such an application.
The last login location and device used, in case there was any unauthorized access to my account.
I value fair play and have always enjoyed the game with integrity. If this was caused due to a misunderstanding or an external cause, I kindly ask for a review of my case.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
