Critical Error every time the game launches

so i opened up my game
checked my shop
looked at the Hack and nothing happened
went back and looked at Switchback Classic
windows error sound
game freeze
open alt tab to see a critical error
game wont close with altf4
game wont close with task manager as it covers the window
had to shut off pc to close the game
what the fudge happened and how can i make sure it doesn't happen again
