Poor Top Layer
I have a VCore 4 500mm Idex. I finally got decent first layers, but am having issues with the top. The bottom left corner of the larger print did lift from the bed a little. However, that does not explain what is happening in the middle. This is PETG filament.

Her is my config file it helps.
The gantry is bowing over time as it heats up and lowers the center downward causing the layers to be too close. You need to heat soak for an hour, then run a new mesh. Then heat soak it for awhile before each print.
