Your Favorite Color to Wear - Topic of the day 8/3/25
Pretty straightforward: what is your favorite color to wear, and how do you choose to wear this color - monochrome fits, specific items, accessories, etc.? Were/are there any inspiration pics/vids that led to this? Note that fashion and specifically color is a visual medium and so pictures/linked vids are encouraged 👍

Black and only black
I don't hate colors, it just felt like masking when I wore them. I tried narrowing down to black, dark blues and greys but I just didn't like the result and it was more fun to remove color from styling since you have to rely on cut/drape/texture, etc more.
It's also just been a quality of life bonus considering how much I browse + ADHD
Ive been wanting to try browns. I have a very specific idea of colors i want to incorporate into my wardrobe. Nothing against black, but i like it better in conjunction w other colors.
for accessories, i like red or teal. Basic and eye catching
I think green tbh
Any green
A color I’d like to wear more of is purple
I used to not wear anything black or grey at all bcs my mom always told me to wear colors and doesnt like black clothes:blushcatto: , until shockingly recently
I fw it now it makes fits easier
Ok special mention to red, whether it be Bordeaux or bright red it’s always cool
My hot take is there are no bad color combos out there litterally every 2 colors pair well, it only gets tricky when you take a 3rd color
Blue, but
Also sometimes any color
I have been really trying to start gathering more earthy tones, not just brown but like mossy bark and dirt and undyed fabrics
also been thinking if your entire outfit looks like the forest floor you can basically add any accent color
its slow work though and as for now I wear a lot of dark-khakis and greens
I like blue and green more so than others but my regular rotation has many colors. Trying to get more brown rn.
cream, white, pink, & brown
i was a julius warrior for like 8 years so i dont rly love all black for me anymore !

I like indigo so much I have to make sure my wardrobe includes non indigo items
I have too many khaki* colour clothes, my wife has too many indigo ones
*olive drab for the americans
Royal blue

Red my beloved❤️

I think a bunch of people have already pointed this out under my waywts but I loove adding red to my outfits, also through accessories
Red just makes me feel right
Also when I have to get an item out of necessity, like rainboots or a hat, I usually get it in red
I really enjoy the red-yellow spectrum. I think a lot of my fits can be boiled down to a black or blue base with a vibrant pop of colour.

also I love my red cowboy boots. Easily my fave pair of shoes.
Browns are such a comfortable color to me. I think I answered this same thing in a similar ToTD a year or two ago, but browns just remind me many things I love, like coffees/espresso, chocolates, earth, woods, etc. Usually for a lot of my fits, especially in fall/winter, browns will definitely be there. However, I don't typically wear brown tonal fits. I usually pair it with the typical blues/olives/grays/insert any other earthy color. I think a small challenge for myself this fall is to try out some more tonal fits.
brown
nice fits
I think purple is an underated colour I want more purple clothes like royalty lol an overszied of purpal pleated trousers would be nice imo especially with brown
Brown pants, green tops. I feel comfortable when I am most like a tree.
jewel tones and earth tones, alongside grey scale now that I think about it
Any color that comes from natural dye. That usually ends up being a shade of brown and I’m okay with that. I’m trying to bring brown back
I look great in grey colors
I like rusty and dusty earth tones… I’d like to expand on these in the future as I think currently I don’t make them that interesting, but the natural colors make me happy
I really really like yellow-y shirts
i loooove off whites
I like navy the best
Depending on how loose you play with the definition, brown and brown adjacent.
Tan is a really light brown and off white is a really light tan therefore off white is brown.
I will not be answering questions at this time.
White is my favorite whether summer or winter, however it's not the easiest to wear if you like it pristine and unmarked
