Error code: Van -72
Does anyone know how to fix this? i reset client and Pc and it keeps popping up. Any help would be great!

Try this
;vgc
- Open the Task Manager > Details tab
- End the task on all VALORANT, Riot Client and VANGUARD-related apps/services
- Open the Control Panel > Uninstall a Program
- Uninstall Riot VANGUARD
- Open CMD as Admin and type these commands:
- sc delete vgc
- sc delete vgk
- Navigate to your C: Drive, then Program Files
- Find the VANGUARD folder and delete it
- Open the Riot Client and click update
- Restart your computer after the update
After youβre done with that:
- Press Windows key + R
- Type services.msc
- Look for vgc
- Right-click on vgc > Properties
- Change the startup type to automatic
- Start the services (if not started already)

Then comeback
Make sure you put sleep mode in 10 minutes when idle
tried both, didnt work. Fallen i left my game on earlier today for 2 hours and did the same thing
I would submit a support ticket & upload your client & game logs to the ticket

I honestly got no clue right now. I think I have an AMD 3 3000
do you get any frame drops in game before van-72 happens?
On and off. It happened like every other week at most for frame drops
Iβm most likely gonna buy a new pc since mine is like 6-7 years old with a RX 570.
my best guess is this is something cpu related, it might be ue5 taking too much cpu resource and making vanguard unable to run but I'm not positive yet. trying to collect more information to diagnose this
Random ass question, nothing to do with this. My friends account got his account hacked by the same person we believe in the past 2 months with 2FA enabled. The person was able to change my Friends email twice. Could you help with that? I could send you my friends discord.
Is he not able to recover via support?
He just got the email that his riot email has been changed about 5 minutes ago. But this is the second time it happened in the past 2 weeks

Itβs possible he got virus on his PC if it happened twice from same person
