Pants
Hello I want to get a new pair or two of pants. Do you have any recommendations for pants that fit the following criteria?
- Wouldn't be super out of place in an office environment (I'll mostly be wearing them for work) but I don't want them to be too boring if that makes sense
- Lighter fabric for wearing on hot humid days (maybe linen, a lighter gsm cotton, or a blend, hemp sounds cool too)
- Somewhat durable, I have a dog and she jumps on me sometimes. They don't need double knees but just not made of tissue paper. Also having the dog makes white/cream colors hard to wear. But it'd be nice if I didn't have to baby the pants and can just throw em in the wash when they get dirty and stuff
- Looseish cut, highish rise
- No (visible) drawstring, ideally no synthetics
Open to buying secondhand/online, location new england, willing to hunt for a bit but ideally would like to order something within a week or two. Hoping to keep to under 500 a pair.

I like cuts from De Bonne Facture but looks like they've just got F/W stuff in stock at the moment
I like these from MHL but don't want anything dry clean only
I like these from Universal Works but they're a little too similar to a pair I already own
I like these seersucker trousers but wish they weren't a cotton/synthetic blend
