Only clan leader can transfer the clan leadership to other members, it is not something that we or the in-game customer service can assist you with.
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
