Free VPN for bazaar

I need to install my apps, such as a browser, a music player, and an office suite. Bazaar says error 403, and I read here that I should use a VPN. Does anyone know how to a VPN without using bazaar since it doesn't work, and which VPN?
Solution:
yall were trying to gatekeep me from downloading osu and having a higher rank BUT I FIXED IT

I installed a VPN, but now I don't understand how do you make bazaar use my VPN. I tried to install num VPN but its on Bazaar so it also says error 403 And the one that works is multiple ones for the browser, but they don't seem to affect bazaar

Bazzar does work with VPN, I am using expressvpn from commandline with bazzar with no problems, you might need to check your general connection to ensure nothing stopping normal traffic on you computer. reboot your router first to rule out any low resource usage. ok I forgot to mention expressvpn is paid, it's not free.

I am using browser extension vpns because they are free. But non of them have linux apps. The only one that does is proton, except it doesn't work in any of the countries where it is needed because everyone already blocked it

I don't use browser extensions only the applications, the better VPN are paid, free ones have some limitations, also check whether your information is logged on the servers too. Do your research carefully.

that's because this isn't an issue with bazaar, complain to cisco and I'm not kidding, they distribute openh264 to the people, but they added geoblock for absolutely no reason that's why we tell y'all that you need to use vpn at least once

so step 1. download that file using some free VPN browser extension, or web archive or google translate if its there step 2 (full transparency google's AI came up with it) we are going to make a server in the downloads folder with that file so go to downloads folder where that libopenh264-2.5.1-linux64.7.so.bz2 file is downloaded right click anywhere - open in console - sudo python3 -m http.server 80 step 3. make it connect to our server instead of ciscos open a new terminal window (don't close the server one) and say sudo nano /etc/hosts that file will be opened, add a line at the end saying 127.0.0.1 ciscobinary.openh264.org, then press ctrl+O and enter to save it okay so now go to bazaar and download all of your apps and at the end you have to remove the 127.0.0.1 ciscobinary.openh264.org line from hosts and close the server terminal btw here is the link to the file https://ciscobinary.openh264.org/libopenh264-2.5.1-linux64.7.so.bz2 and here is a one you can actually download https://web.archive.org/web/20250000000000*/%20https://ciscobinary.openh264.org/libopenh264-2.5.1-linux64.7.so.bz2
