Lock Button Ignored on macOS
Hey, just wanted to point out something with the Auth app on macOS.
The lock button doesn’t seem to work if the device lock option is already set up. Even after enabling something like Touch ID or a password, clicking the lock icon doesn’t actually lock the app. It just stays open like nothing happened.

The lock button in Ente Auth on macOS should lock the app when the device lock option is enabled. You can add an additional layer of protection to Ente Auth using the app lock feature. Choose from the following lock methods:
- Device lock: Use the existing lock configured on your device (e.g., Face ID, Touch ID, system password).
- PIN lock: Set up a 4-digit PIN code to unlock the app.
- Password lock: Set up a password to unlock the app.
Additionally, you can configure auto lock to automatically lock the app after a specified period of time (options: Immediately, 5s, 15s, 1m, 5m, 30m). More details are available at https://help.ente.io/auth/features#app-lock.

Hey, if this is reproducible, could you please create a GitHub issue for this?
