Mouse ignored after creating a share

I'm on v1.137.3. After creating a share by selecting some images in the web frontend, all mouse actions are ignore after I've closed the dialog. This happens both if I use the x to close it and hitting escape. The only workaround I've found so far is to refresh the site. I'm on Firefox ESR, v128, but this has been going on for a while. Is anybody else experiencing this?
