Tag Setup / Zaraz Settings Dashboard Not Working

I am experiencing an issue with my Zaraz configuration settings. When I make changes and click "Publish," none of the new values are saved. For example, my Session Expiration Time and Bot Score Threshold settings revert to their previous state after the page reloads. I have also noticed some visual glitches in the interface, such as the appearance of the checkboxes. I have already attempted to clear my browser cache and tried using a different browser, but the issue persists.
