fps capped at 60fps not vsync or fps cap
if you are reading this thank you for your time. normally i get like 180fps uncapped i have a laptop with 90hz refresh rate lately it has just locked at 60fps i have caps but is on 90fps and v sync is off ive seen other disscussions on fps capped like this but they havent really been useful. I have attached screenshots of graphics settings and device specs AMD intergrated graphics. PLS HELP
