The bot doesn’t add itself to the ticket channel
I was checking bot permissions and removed Administrator perm from @Tickets , cause it shouldn’t need it. But when I tried creating a ticket, the bot didn’t send the panel, cause it didn’t add itself to the ticket.

simply whitelist the bot in the category i suppose, or give the bot the support role
the bot already has View Channels perm in the category by default, but it doesn’t work
giving the bot the support role sounds good, but it’s still more of a temporary solution and I think the bot should automatically add itself to the ticket
also, why does the bot ask for Administrator perms by default?
I suppose thats something we could add but it'll be of lower priority
And ye just give the bot the support role.
Finally, Tickets asks for Adminstrator as the scope of permissions it requires is very high and we add other things with major updates that require these perms or more of them, this can get really complicated to create exact permission setups, so since we're a Server Management bot we ask for Admin
okay, makes sense, thanks for the answer
