Extremely slow boot times
New to Linux - please be patient with me!
Since installing Bazzite on my HP Omen 17 recently (dual-booting on the same drive as a Windows install, has a Nvidia GPU), the boot times have become extremely slow. From pressing the power button:
Since installing Bazzite on my HP Omen 17 recently (dual-booting on the same drive as a Windows install, has a Nvidia GPU), the boot times have become extremely slow. From pressing the power button:
- 25 seconds to get to Grub (this delay doesn't always happen)
- +1:25 after Grub to get to the Omen logo
- +1:43 for the Bazzite logo and spinner to appear
- +25 seconds to login
systemd-analyze blame, and other than dracut-pre-udev.service taking 35 seconds, it's mostly a lot of 3-6 second entries that look fairly similar (see attached screenshot). I don't know what other troubleshooting to run, so any help would be appreciated.
