Leave Ente running in the background ?
Hello, is there a way on Samsung to leave Ente running in the background even if deleted from open apps? Because when I try to open a photo from my sms, I get an error saying that Ente has crashed (it's when the App is closed and so it can't open the photo with Ente).
I've already disabled battery optimisation in the app settings.

Ente Photos supports background sync, so you don't need to open the app to back up your photos. It will sync in the background and automatically back up the albums that you have selected for syncing. See more about background sync at https://help.ente.io/photos/features/background#background-sync
On some Android versions, newly downloaded apps activate "Optimize battery usage" mode, preventing them from running in the background. Disable this mode in system settings for Ente to automatically back up photos. More information is available at https://help.ente.io/photos/features/background#android

Could you please share logs with support@ente.io?
Done
I've specified the file name and time at the bottom.
Thank you!
Will I get a follow-up on the log analysis ?
Yes, support might be bogged down because of the ticket volume over weekends, but you should have a response within the nexr 48 hours 🙂
Nice, thanks !
