Help with motor selection
Hello. I am looking for parts for an RC boat project I'm working on. I don't really know what to look for in the way of bidirectional brushless motors and controllers for them. What type of driver board do I need and what do I need to look for on the motor for it to be reversible?

What will the motor do ?
Just a propulsion motor. I found one and I think it's still too big but I can always run it below its max rating.
In that case. All you need is the esp. It will run it in both directions
Which driver chip though?
What ever one you like?
I mean its even got recomedations
Ordered. Now I need to figure out battery stuff.
I ended up getting a different motor, smaller with higher KV rating so I can under-run it more.
