Is it possible to transfer IDNs and .zip domains to Cloudflare?

I'm currently working on transferring all the domain names I have to cloudflare. One of them (ends with .zip) shows "unsupported" in the transfer domains page, and 2 more (with IDNs) are showing "unsupported characters" I looked up online and saw that supposedly IDNs are fully supported, and have been for some time now. Do I need to go through a different page instead of the regular domain transfer, or is it impossible using Cloudflare?

To confirm, by "transfer to Cloudflare", do you mean Cloudflare Registrar, or Cloudflare DNS?

Would I sound dumb if I ask what's the difference? I think both, because I did the thing with changing the nameserver first and then I had to disable whois and use the transfer code

Not at all! Most domains can be added to Cloudflare DNS(where you change your nameservers). This gives you the benefits of the Cloudflare CDN. Then there is Registrar, where you pay us x amount per year to register the domain for you.

Alright, so I managed to add to the Cloudflare DNS but not the Registrar

From this, it sounds like you are thinking of Registrar. Registrar has a limited set of TLDs it supports(not .zip at the moment), nor does it support IDNs

Damn. I guess I'll keep these ones where they are Thanks a lot. Idk if you'd have any idea, but are there plans to add IDN support in the future? I just really prefer to have all my domain names on cloudflare

I'm not on the Registrar team, but I can ask someone who is

If it's not too much to ask I'd be glad

Just confirmed with the team, IDNs are coming :soontm:

google registry TLDs are already supported but .zip was left out intentionally due to concerns with potential threat of phishing attacks or malware distribution
