Asus Flow Z13 crashes when launching Oblivion Remastered

Hello I have been experiencing some crashing on my Flow Z13 but after disabling all my start up applications and resetting bios to default I have been able to use the system for a while without issue. now I am back to my original issue when i first got the device I am on the Asus laptop non game mode image after I launch oblivion remastered the window for the game pops up but is just a black screen, I can still see part of my desktop as the game hasn't made it to full screen yet, after that I can hear the music of the game but the screen is just frozen

Im thinking this is not a bazzite issue as I have bazzite on an older laptop and my desktop and they all were able to run the game fine
