Infinite Zoop has a very infrequent crash event
Since I started using /temporary zoop, /tzoop, /tz - I started getting crashes.
Seems to occur only at the start of loading my save.
So I load up the game, immediately type /tz 11, then begin trying to zoop.
The hologram stage of the zoop is fine, but when clicking to initiate the build process, this crash occurs.
Doesn't happen every time so it's difficult to consistently replicate the problem.
I've been building with 0.5m SS Concrete walls when the problems been happening.

because the BP designers seem to have a uobject leak of some kind, and i'm building something pretty big, every say, 10 pieces of wall, adds between 5,000 and 20,000 uobjects, so i'm restarting my game frequently to reset the uobjects. As such, I'm actually getting this crash quite often.... but under normal circumstances, i think this crash would be fairly rare.
As I said, it only seems to occur when trying to /tz and then zoop within the first minute or so of the game loading up.

This is actually related to the zoop as blueprint mode. You can turn it off in the Savegame Settings menu
ah I see, I could turn that off but it's been really useful when trying to delete mistakes
does running zoops as blueprints cause more stress for the computer?
Wondering if turning it off would improve my fps when zooping
No, it doesn't cause performance issues. It's just a bug I haven't been able to fix yet

ah alright... well i'm happy to tolerate crash if it means keeping the convenience of deleting mistakes as blueprints
Just uploaded a new version that I think fixes the issue. You mind giving it a try?
it's not a consistent problem based on how I was using it... I'll give it a go but I can't be certain that it worked

my vpn is going at a snails pace
first attempt worked. restarting the game
second attempt had no problems eitherπ

Precision zoop shouldn't make a difference. Sad it still crashes, though

it's not a big problem... I don't think many people load the game and immediately go for tz and start zooping the second they can π
I think the problem is probably bigger for you, because it's yours π

i've only had it since i started working on this building... and while my fps is still solid at 90 on 4k.... whenever i interact with the snap points on this building, my fps starts stuttering
Did it happen right after load again or was it after a while?
everytime it's happened has been within 5 minutes of loading in, and with the first zoop that is actioned in to building
the last one... i loaded in and first ran a curve from curve builder which was fine, then i went to zoop some concrete floors (no tz was in effect) and it crashed
if the first zoop doesn't crash, then I can be pretty confident it won't happen during that session
so i guess it could either be related to the short time it's been given to run after loading in, or it could be related to the first zoop used during a session?
but i've had it installed for this entire save (370 hours) and only just started getting the problem

that's interesting because i've only experienced it after hours of playing xD
i've just dealt with it because the auto blueprint functionality is just too good not to have it

first attempt was fine.
i've restarted the game a few times now and not had any crashes - atleast not from infinite zoop
but, I don't have much time today, so I haven't been purposefully testing it
