Billing for register a domain
Hi, i tried to register a domain at cloudflare that would cost $10 a year. But both paypal and creditcard was declined even tho there where money on it.
I read online that the bank might have blocked payment so i contacted them asking if it was blocked. They tell me cloudflare had tried billing me over $500 and i did not have that amount on my card! (THANK GOD!)
It clearly said i was gonna pay $10.. So how do i get billed over 500? I have a free account.
Now im not able to register my domain.

I tried again and now it worked.
But its really concerning non the less!!!
