Kif you want move all the mods from your machine to your server (assuming you're hosting on a server, vps and uses tmodloader docker) you can just copy paste the mod in your current machine
same with ModConfigs
C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Terraria\tModLoader\Mods to the tModLoader/Mods foldersame with ModConfigs
