hwid ban for using cheats

hi, i managed to get a hwid for the use of cheats when ive never touched them. it happened to many other people and we are at a loss, tickets dont help im still being accused of cheating yet ive never cheated, ive got neg kd and ive played in multiple officials. what do i do?
