Valorant Models flickering

Ever since Valorant updated to UE5 i haven't been able to play due to the agent models, the map, and the guns flickering/stuttering.

i don't have a gpu i have a APU Ryzen 5 5600G

Fixes Tried:
Disabling Simultaneous Multithreading (SMT)
Disabling cores one by on to see if any of them are causing the problem

i don't know any other fixes so if you do please lmk
