Why my device fps is still capped at 60 fps in 2025?

Hello why are the devs gatekeeping 90 fps ? I mean snapdragon 8 gen 1 is more than capable of running 90 fps on pubg mobile in 2025 any device running a snapdragon 8 gen 1 should be allowed to have 90 fps option unlocked by default When i updated to 3.9 hub for some reason has extreme+ unlocked but locked in combat and lobby
