Ban Appeal: PUBG ID 51478147244 – False Positive for Teaming Up

I am writing on behalf of my friend whose PUBG ID is 51478147244. Their account was recently banned for “teaming up with enemy players,” which we believe was a mistake. They did not receive any prior warning or notification, and no matches were played on the day of the ban. My friend, Shams ud Din, is a fair player who has always followed PUBG Mobile’s rules.
