Alternatives to white socks
OK we've all moved on from the no-show sock era on to crew socks, that's great, love a crew sock. But all the advice I see these days is about WHITE crew socks and I do not fuck with that. Hate trying to keep them from getting visibly dusty and stained, hate having to wash them separately so they don't get yellowed or dingy. Any recommendations on other colors to wear with with white sneakers, or how to pull it off in general?

I'm also not crazy about white socks. I like these ones from Uniqlo as a sort of analogue
wear off-white socks
to some degree this depends on the fit and shoes themselves; i've worn pink and red as such but it's in a way that you barely see the sock

A good rule of thumb is to match the color of your pants.
idt this applies as much to outfits with white sneakers
I got some American Trench socks off a recommendation from another thread. They are great.
"Depends on the shoes" is a good point. I wear Adidas Superstars a lot in the summer fwiw
