AYN Loki RGB
Just loaded bazzite onto an AYN Loki Max. All good - and Handheld Daemon let me switch off the RGB which was fabulous.
After sleeping and awakening, the RGB is back on breathing and Hardware Daemon does not switch it off at all, and the RGB controls built into big picture also do no work.
Any ideas?

built into big picture?
i found the bug
however
dualsense settings only work if led support is ticked on
Yes! Tried that, it worked the first time and now doesn’t work at all - I’ve slept and woken around 4 cycles and rebooted twice and still no change
HHD -> BugReport -> Use HHD beta until restart
try this, disable dualsense led supportThanks so much I’ll try this in the morning (UK) as everything is packed up for now
This worked until sleep - now doesn’t work at all, tried a reboot and then using the beta until restart and still didn’t work.
Honestly I’m just looking to turn off the RGB permanently and keep the handheld in Xbox controller mode.
then something broke in the driver rip
Yeah I thought so, I might try a fresh install of bazzite or just live with it
we dont make the driver for that it underwent some changes
because it used to work
How annoying! Looking at a few scripts people have done on chimera and seeing if I get anywhere
So after sleep it breaks and rgb doesn't work anymore?
After sleep or a reboot the RGB reverts to breathing and cycling through colours and nothing fixes it now. The first time I used hhd to switch off the RGB it worked. Then the first time I changed the controller to dualsense it worked. Then the first time I tried your solution it worked, but it always goes back to breathing and now it’s stuck on that
try writing a direct command for rgb

I tried this exact thing about half an hour ago - it didn’t work but I’m not 100% I got it all right so going to give it another go and feedback
Okay so I wrote out the script, got it all running - didn’t work again.
Lost hope, went back into the dualsense option for RGB control and it worked for some reason. Went back over the steam controller and the leds stayed off - I’ve slept, rebooted, and cold started since then and they’ve stayed off!!
So don’t know exactly what worked - but they’re off. Thank you for spending your time on replying to this you’re an angel 🫶
