Banned out of nowhere
I recently got permanently banned randomly after not playing for a couple days, I have no clue what for. I've submitted tickets and I keep getting told its for cheating and that they've "verified" it but I genuinely haven't used any cheats. I've heard that Razer Synapse or iCue can trigger Vanguard which I use both, is it true that they could? That's the only thing I can come up with on what Riot could be "verifying".

Are you able to play on alt accs? Or do they get banned as well?
no it was an HWID ban

Well if you have cheats for other games installed, those can trigger the ban as well
that would make sense but my pc is fully clean, so idk what the bots that respond to tickets keep saying is verified
