Migrating to bazzite from another distro

Hello, I am currently using Arch Linux with BTRFS as / drive. I want to install Bazzite and move over (parts of) my /home folder. There is less than %50 space left on / so I want to install bazzite to the same partition Arch uses. What is the best way to approach this? Can I use blivet-gui on installer, choose my existing btrfs partition as / and expect it to install without touching existing files and folders? I can move folders within same partition beforehand to get them out of the way of Bazzite.
Solution:
Bazzite installer mandates creation of a new filesysten for / drive. What I want is not possible, best course of action is installing bazzite to a newly created smaller partition then migrating the installation to the large partition.
