Unable to create R2 Bucket

Hi friends, I'm stuck at the page for subscribing to R2 Bucket where it constantly reloads on the same page not letting me to subscribe and create new bucket..

For R2-related billing issues where you are unable to add a subscription and have a “subscription previously removed” warning, please use the /link command to authenticate with your Cloudflare account and link it to your Discord user. If you have access to multiple Cloudflare accounts, please post the account ID in the channel, it is safe to share.

My R2 bucket is still inaccessible. It's causing a production outage that's now lasting six days and impacting customers.
