Dual Boot: Windows bricks itself after crash

Hey everyone, I’m running Bazzite in a dual boot setup with Windows 11. Everything installs fine:

Both OSes are installed in UEFI mode

Secure Boot is enabled

Fast Startup in Windows is turned off

GRUB is not used; I select the OS directly from the UEFI boot menu (Windows Boot Manager or Fedora/Bazzite)

The issue:
Whenever Windows crashes just once (for example, Battlefield 6 beta crash or power loss), it becomes completely unbootable and I have to reinstall it from scratch.

This used to work fine. I’ve used dual boot setups before without issues, but since reinstalling Windows, I’ve been running into this problem consistently.

The EFI partition seems intact, and Bazzite continues to boot and work normally. No RAM or GPU issues—I've tested both (memtest, stress tests under Linux).

Has anyone experienced something similar or have ideas what could be causing this? Any help would be appreciated!
