hwid ban for no reason?
Hi guys, my account got suspended for no reason. I didn’t do anything, I didn’t smurf, I didn’t cheat, but I’m banned for some “third-party program” reason, and it’s even a HWID ban. I tried reaching out to many staff members but no one replied. I opened tickets (20 times) and every time I get the same answer saying they reviewed my account and that I cheated. I’m Diamond 1–2 (hardstuck) xD. I’ve spent way too much money on this game just for this to happen? I also tried to reach GamerDoc but got no reply anywhere.
