blueprints not working entirely
not sure how to diagnose this but i assume its a mod issue

But, if you pop your deubg log in here it will contain your modlist
placing them sends a message "blueprint file not found" takes the resources and places nothing

Sometimes loading a save into SCIM and then redownloading it from there without doing anything can fix weird bugs in the save itself

No, which can mean that something has just gone whiffy with your save file on your PC, so loading it into SCIM then redownloading it from there might solve the issue on your end, it's the most common fix for unreproducible issues like this that I've seen

Drag and drop your save file there, should be at the top right of the page
Then redownload it from there and pop it back into your game save folder

Can you make blueprints in your creative world then move them into your other world's blueprints folder?

I actually had the same thing happen to me once, turned out somehow when I saved it the save got corrupted , so the game could see it and interact with it but it would either do noting or crash my game when trying to place it, thankfully I hadn't cleared the designer yet so simply manually deleting the file from my save folders and re-saving the blueprint was all it took to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately for though if you don't still have the project loaded in a designer, I'm afraid you'll need to start over and build it again.

Oh wow that is super interesting, and yeah I can see with how UE works that having two worlds called the same thing would cause issues

change that in scim, make a blueprints folder with a matching name, that new save should come up in its own new session, and connect with the blueprint folder of the same name
or load that file, build one buildprint so it makes the folder for you, then move the ones you want across

Naming the session identically but adding a trailing space, then a 2 trailing spaces, was how I made the 3 different sessions

leading spaces apparently work fine

Yeah I defs think a QA report might be good here, it shouldn't be a big fix for them to disallow trailing spaces when creating new saves
