Players only fishing up Treasure
A very few amount of players on my server are only able to fish up treasure. They fish up 0 actual fish and only receive enchanted items and other rare drops. I tried deleting aura skills but it still did not solve the problem. Here are all of my listed plugins please help!

Prob just auraskills needs a config

What do you mean needs a config
As in you need to configure the fishing loot table of the plugin most likely
That's the only plugin I can see that would effect fishing
i have loot tables in it disabled and i also deleted it
the problem was still ther even after i delted it
O strange have u tried disabling that plugin and see if the bug continues
Try it on a test server you can run locally on your pc or in a test server if you have one
Or you can test on the server itself if the players don't mind
i deleted the plugin
andit still continues

Binary search your plugins
Remove half of your non-essential (ie not things like PAPI or LuckPerm) plugins and see if the problem is fixed.
If it still persists, the cause is in the half still installed.
Continue to halve the remaining plugins until you've narrowed it down to a single plugin.
Congratulations, you found the culprit.
Admincraft Canned Responses
Luck is a attribute, removing the plugin wouldnt remove the attribute
Would look at your luck attribute to see
"In Minecraft, the "luck" attribute primarily influences the quality of loot obtained from fishing"

ah alr I asked that one specificly cuz it was only one I found that could be interacting with fishing incorrectly
It most likely is aura, but aura does attributes which are in the players playerdata
