Hardware ban....
Me and 4 of my friends wanted to play 5 stack ranked but since my account is banned for a year (not a high rank btw) I played with the acc of one of my other friends. Because I have experience in fps games I dominated the gold lobby and my friends mass reported me for fun but the account got perma banned. Then another one of my friends let me play from his account and the exact same thing happened only a few minutes later. The first account got unbanned somehow but the second account is still perma banned. Pls help me get the second one unbanned too I don't even care about my hardware ban I just feel bad about my friends account. What should I do? The game said the accounts and my hardware ban were because of third party software which I ABSOLUTELY did not use.

The account that was unbanned is XD Nikarioss#9669 and the account that I'm still trying to get unbanned is ScyteZ#0909
Hope you'll at least look into it and if there's any violation worth the Perma ban it's ok at least you tried :) thanks!
