yesterday I was unfairly banned for no reason. I've been playing with that account since Season 2 and have never done anything illegal, such as using external programs to improve the game. Likewise, I would never use or do anything that would put my account and all the money invested at risk. If you'd like, I wholeheartedly ask you to review my games. I never did anything illegal to justify this tremendous and unfair penalty. I hope I can resolve my case, because right now I'm very sad about this situation.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....

If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
That answer is so empty. It can't be the only one. They don't give the exact reason, nor do they have any proof that they did it. I've never used third-party programs or anything that affected my account. I wouldn't risk my account with so much money invested and the amount of time I've had it.
