Throughput counter and limiter question (just checking..)
just need to check if decimals are possible with https://ficsit.app/mod/CounterLimiter , on my screen i want to limit item per minute to 0.6 should it be the case ?

and . translates to , by me automagically anyhow in satisfactory , so can type . or , it types the same
