Tried updating OpenTelemetry to 2.0 (https://github.com/firebase/genkit/issues/3352) but @google-cloud/opentelemetry-resource-util@google-cloud/opentelemetry-resource-util is blocking this. What's funny/annoying/sad is that it appears an update to 2.0 might resolve a few of the warnings from https://github.com/firebase/genkit/issues/3160
