I am from Pakistan and I play the PUBG Mobile Global version. My account has been hacked while I was inactive, and the hacker changed the registered email address. My account is now banned. I still have my original email and linked phone number.

I cant as soon as i enter my UID it says your account is banned

Okay then, you can submit a ban appeal from https://pubgmobile.live/support > Appeal first. If it gets accepted, submit an account recovery request from the same link.
