Capybaras, and if you have none like you said above then either start hatching or trading for some. The answer doesnt change just because you dont have any. Those are currently the best pet for leveling up other pets. I use 6 capybaras and 2 of the pets i want to level. Ive been using this for a while so almost all my capybaras are level 100 and give about 9 xp per second to any pet withing like 20 studs. The max xp a pet will get would be 54 xp per second but i find most the time the pets will be getting around 40 xp per second. Then you pair that with the medium pet xp boost on the pets you want to level and you can also use the medium pet passive boosts on the capybaras for them to give more xp but it doesnt seem to change it much. Even with a level 100 capybara the passive boost only equals about an extra .4 xp per second
