Game minimize every start of a game, restart and launch

heres the thing i know i can fix it by doint alt+f11 but every game and like about 2 to 3 rounds i press enter and it always windowed my game, its annoying since sometimes it crashes the game for me? any permanent fix ? i have no idea how to fix it, tried a lot of stuff did not work, only temporary fix. so please help whenever i want to say "GG" after a game it always goes to windowed mode.
