What about a new mutation?
What if when a fruit gets shocked and wet, it gets a new mutation that is 100x and a small chance to become "burnt"
And what about an orange tree in grow a garden? it can be like a legendary like the apple or a prismatic/transcendent and have a good base price (like 70k or smth)
I also have a seed pack idea.. MUTATION SEED PACK
Each plant is based off different mutations in the game and it has an extra one, being 0.1% (and 2% in the rb pack) and it would be a disco plant multi harvest and its base would be 127,777 sheckles, better than candy blossom! (no nerfs!)

Also Shocked + Wet Mutation being 100x would be an L because Shocked alone is 100x and wet is 2x so in order for this to be useful it needs to have a multiplier >102x

All in game plants is based off, or at least modeled off a real plant. Having something like "Windstruck Plant", "Gold Plant" etc. wouldn't make sense because that wouldn't categorize into a plant
