Is "devouring" mutations means that mutation will be removed from that fruits? or the mutation still remains on that fruit?

Nvm i got my answer i got proof of the mutation being duped in this case (Aurora) from blueberry wasn't gone and i only have 2 aurora mutation on my entire garden 1blueberry 1coconut and they still there
