There are a large number of Thumbnail and Extract Metadata jobs waiting (also 15 Migration Jobs waiting), but none of the jobs seem to run, and I haven't observed any errors.

${UPLOAD_LOCATION}/upload directory, and then the Template Migration Job renamed the files under ${UPLOAD_LOCATION}/library. However, I notice the profile and thumbs directories are both empty.
