Immich Web - Not loading thumbnails

Hey guys, I recently changed my installation to use Immich via Docker/Portainer instance. However to migrate library and metadata I had to use external library, as I wasn't able to link library from previous installation to work properly. Now the problem arisen that whenever I open the home page, it's filled with mostly blurred pictures where I assume thumbnails not loaded and when I attempt clicking any of them it says Error loading the image (screenshots for reference). I tried any of the regular troubleshooting tips - restart/re-pull container, reboot device, run jobs, and this still is the case.. If anyone could help, I'd appreciate that as this app is simply incredible
