Hi My supabase project is stuck in the pausing state. i cannot reconnect or disconnect my project

This has been an elevated issue the past week or so, but randomly occurs when something goes wrong in the backend process. I elevated this last week as the numbers are higher than usual here and github. Support supposedly is moving them quickly to infra.
No word on what is causing the seemingly higher rate or time to resolve. It is a manual fix they seem to have to do.
okay thanks, sounds like it will take time to be fixed, im currently on the free version of supabase, do i need to upgrade to get assistance?
