Okay so one, its not hard to level up pets just consistently feed them and youll be good, two, its not very hard to get like, at most like 100,000 sheckles

Because:
1: it is luck based due to quests like plant(number)(crop)seed
2: it is skill based cuz of how hard leveling pets up are(unless if you have sea turtle or an army of ostriches)
It is also skill based cuz if you are new, you must get sheckles to afford any of the crops that are in the plant seeds quests
