Unable to subscribe
Whenever I try to subscribe to any services such as R2 I get stuck in a payment loop and when I try to select a plan for a new domain I get the error
could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscription: failed to load account from db: Refer to https://cfl.re/3VUQyyL for assistance. For security reasons, there is a problem with your billing profile.

Case number 01462963 was closed without resolution, went through following the process and providing a HAR file of the requests but no fix.

For R2-related billing issues where you are unable to add a subscription and have a “subscription previously removed” warning, please use the /link command to authenticate with your Cloudflare account and link it to your Discord user.
If you have access to multiple Cloudflare accounts, please post the account ID in the channel, it is safe to share.

I have also opened a second case with Id 01694897
It may be related to a domain suspension which happened, I have attached copies of my emails with Nominet UK to the case 01694897

I had to reopen my case becuase they closed it without resolution but it has no updates

It appears that a block had been applied to your account in error. After finding the relevant team, I was able to ask them to remove it
