Leveling role rewards not working
Hi so i have a current issue which i cant find a solution to. I have a server and did everything i had to do for the leveling role rewards, at first it worked (or so i thought) since in a few months, the bot only rewarded 2 persons, me and a member of the server. It suddenly removed both of our roles and it didnt work no more from then on. I Did the troubleshooting thingy and everything looks alright, checked on the dashboard too, even the permissions. Still doesnt work

So the bot is giving the user for reaching level 20 one role and removing the other one, which means you have stacking enabled.
Turn this off if you want to disable that

The main issue is that the rewards are not working
So is lurkr giving the rewards or not at all? Based on the audit log you sent me it seems that you enabled stacking
At first it gave them but it stopped doing that! And I can't seem to find a way to fix that
Try resetting the configuration through the Danger Zone section of the dashboard and see if the problem continues
hi, i did it and im trying to get the config as it was before but when i save trying to assign a specific chat for the level up messages, it goes back to the "same channel" option
and also i saved the leveling database before restarting but idk how to import it back
Can you check if the options you save are also represented when you use /config check?
It might help only saving every once in a while not every time you change something.
it shows the rewards. the "no role reward roles" text is for a separate option used for preventing certain roles from gaining role rewards.

there it says that the channel where it sends the message is the one where is supposed to send them but still sends them in the same channel

just checked and its working
seems to be working everything!!
now the only issue i have left is
the issue you had was probably related to this
it might have messed up the config
how can i import back the leveling database?
well, i didnt touch anything special, just did the same thing i did the last time
when it worked
